Student Innovative Project - Großes Schauspielhaus

For my Student Innovative Project During my final year in University, I recreated the Großes Schauspielhaus. I fully modeled and textured every element. I then placed all the assets into Unreal Engine 5 and made it playable within virtual reality.

College Projects

Primitive Modeling

Iron Giant - Primitive Modeling

During this project, I tasked myself to create a robot using primarily standard primitives. Over 200 standard primitives were used in order to create this robot. I decided to model the Iron Giant, as it was always my go-to favorite robot. The biped next to the Iron Giant is 5'9" and was placed to help give a perspective of how big the Iron Giant is compared to the average human height. 

Modular Modeling

Modular modeling means creating sets of pieces that could be set next to each other and be able to flow together, to have tileable capabilities. I created three different walls and floors that have modular properties. I went for a Roman-style chapel for both the walls and the floor.

Ancient Environment

In this ancient environment project, I created it with the idea of a village at the top of a mountain that is around a magical statue that has a powerful crystal. This project was assembled within Unity. 

Futuristic Environment

In this project, I created a modular futuristic environment set on the inside of a laboratory within a space station. The centerpiece features an animated texture. The story behind this is that the centerpiece is a random energy blob found out in space that has been brought into this laboratory for testing. That blob then broke through the vat was placed in. 

Office

For Traffic Cop VR during production studio, I was tasked with creating the starting room which would act as an interactable game lobby. Optimization was a major priority as the game was developed to run on the Oculus Quest 2 in standalone mode.

Futuristic Interior

This futuristic interior utilizes modular pieces in order to create a dome-like shape. The interior is based on a spaceship command center with a hatch door in the middle. It also features two textures made in Substance Designer!
